The Information we Collect

MBN does not knowingly collect Personally Identifiable Information (PII) from anyone under the age of 16. If it is discovered that we have collected PII from someone under 16 we promptly will delete that information.

We use the personal information collected in ways that are compatible with the purposes for which it was intended to be used: to enable us to provide you with the relevant service contact you have queried; to respond to your inquiries; for only essential system administration and support if requested by you. How long we Keep your Information

In the event that we discover or are notified of a security breach where personal information is at risk, we will notify you electronically if we have your email address. We will retain your personal information for as long as you are an active client or user of our website. Subject to any Legitimate Interest criteria, we will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our obligations to you (legal or otherwise) and maintain our agreements.
