 Clancy Construction was founded in 1947 by Mr John Clancy in Drangan Thurles where the business is headquartered today. It is a family owned business with the third generation family members involved in the business today.  The business has an annual turnover of €100m and employs 150 people nationwide with office in Tipperary, Dublin and Cork. The company is involved in both public and private construction contracts in areas such as healthcare, residential, hospitality, commercial, industrial, schools, and renovation and restoration projects.  The business is built on working in partnership with all stakeholders involved in a project to consistently deliver successful projects safely, to an excellent standard of quality, on time and within budget to the satisfaction of our clients.
